We currently have two custom homes underway. The first one is a home on our client’s 12 acre estate in Derby, NY. Our initial phase required us to demolish the existing home to make way for the new home. Drywall has started.

The other home is a custom home in East Aurora for a couple who wanted to right size. This home will be 1500
