Dean Kroll is the owner and President of ZAMKRO  Development, LLC and ZAMKRO Homes. Dean’s passion for building was evident at an early age.  It was just side tracked by a very successful career spanning 33 years at the IBM Corporation.

During Dean’s tenure at IBM, he earned his Construction Technology degree from Erie Community College to complement his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.

With degrees in hand and the dream of some day becoming a successful residential home builder, Dean tackled his first project; a complete down to the studs, move and remove walls, raised the roof remodel in the Buffalo area. The project was a success as it sold in six days to the delight of neighbors who saw their property values increase.

After many more projects, ZAMKRO Development LLC was launched in 2005 to build its first new home in Orchard Park, NY. Dean has an eye for design.

“Too many houses look the same. They are all some variation of the center entrance colonial. My goal is to be different. Defined by design for today’s lifestyle.”
